Can they tell us exactly the question they put up to the women. Did they specifically ask them if its okay that they get beaten? This is deragotary to India and Indians.

whats wrong in asking women that ? why is it derogatry when this is the truth of our lives ? you have to be blind to turn a blind eye to how things are around you.

i am sure that they asked that question .... or maybe asked whether it was ok for another man to beat his w1fe
So we dont have a culture we boast of...we will worship Godessess" but beat women..Happens only in India bcoz misuse of democracy & poverty & helpless women..sad

democracy is a farce. and women is respected in scriptures, of which common men have no knowledge who keep abusing and beating their wives and common women also have no knowledge who keep insulting their husbands.

we worship goddesses to subjugate women. By creating the image of a goddess we create false ideals like being "chaste" etc for women to control them.
And if they deviate from this image of goddess we term her a "kulta" ..
religion has scrwed us royally for 3000 years. From subjugating lower castes and treating them like animals to treating women like filth, every thing has a religious angle.
Whats funny is that after all this, we have the audacity to create moral superiority over the "immoral west".
indians are on average amongst the worst quality of people. Corrupt, unthinking, uninterested, vulgar , insensitive.

Exactly. You forgot to add one more trait of Indians. We Indians r big time hypocrites when it comes to morality and culture!
