Follow the steps to quit:
Do not carry cigerettes with you always. Do not carry match-box lighter with you. Always try to borrow. Keep both in a different place and at a possible distance place from each other. Throw the cigerette while it is half. Whenever you think of smoking just defer it by 15 minutes then gradually increase.

i was into smoking for 12 yrs...3 months back , i saw a coleaug ofmine loosing his father coz of throat cancer...his father was a hardcore smoker,,i knew these things do happen to such people,,but wat i didint know was the speed at which it happens,,his cancer was diagonized couple of mnths b4 his death,.,,that moment i decided to choose which side i want to see my self in this life,,one where people like my frnds father r or one where non - smokers live...IRONY IS WE ALWAYS KNOW THIS IS GONNA HURT SOME WAY OR OTHER,,1 thing which i felt after quitting was like now i dun hv much reason to pull out my walet from my pocket,,smokers can understand wat i men ,,,:-)..all the best guys,,,try to quit it for a week ...then go on,,
