From our archives: In Cuddapah, YSR is king
by thengazhikam mamen on Sep 03, 2009 02:26 PM

This news is very unfortunate that YSR's untimely sad demise keep a big breach for everyone, specialy people of AP. I pray Almity to give peace to his soul and also to bear such heavy loss / sorrow to his family members and the state of Andhra Pradesh.

May GOD shower his blessing for his soul.

Look at the mentality....
by Sunil Kumar on Sep 03, 2009 02:19 PM  | Hide replies

This now dead Chief Minister's mother says that they realized Jessus was the real God.... what does it mean? Does it not mean that the Hiinduism is based on falsehood?? I think these kinds of words should be condemned by the people... Because a Hiindu would never say your God is false and my God is true.... people of these type are bent on uprooting the world's oldest religion from this great country of ours...

What is our culture?
by ANAND on Sep 03, 2009 02:12 PM  | Hide replies

You judge the culture of a person when he speaks about a dead man. It is pathetic how some people write on discussion board after the death of a CM elected by people. Whatever be the political party, every man has to die some day.

Well said. The culture of Indian media is to praise someone when he dies, even if he is a very bad person.

Death is the ultimate Truth. One has to understand. Writing against whom ? That whom is no body now but labelled as BODY. What was there inside him is formless and gone out.
Its not right to talk bad about SOUL as its Pure form , whatever bad is there is left behind as BODY.

Does a bad man become good if he dies? Grief is expected but truth is also true. It does not change.

Your answer lies in BAD man as long as he is alive. Good and Bad are associated with BODY and not with SOUL. Hindu culture always said that do not speak bad about person after death.
Generally it is difficult to dissociate and seperate BODY and SOUL.
There is book Astavakra Geeta. please read. It starts with the dream of Janak who wanted to know ( what is truth ?) Whether he is a King is truth or what he saw in the Dream as Begger was Truth ? Astavakra has explained to Janak ( Father of Seeta ) the meaning of TRUTH. Its worth reading the Abstract Truth.

We should have courage to Criticize and fire in front, reason being that there is a chance for improvement if you are powerful enough by your wisdom or force. Now there is no chance to revert back the TIME, then it becomes an unproductive arguments. Perhaps this might have been reason to not to say bad after death.

Those strong enough should have opposed Ghazni, Ghori or Aurangazeb , no use crying after their death.
Krishna opposed Kauravas and saw to it that they go to death.

Very true and well said - We should no longer be passive and peaceful, but take up the sword and the gun - against today's Ghaznis, Ghoris and Aurangazebs.

oops now you generalise ur stmt with the word Indian People?.he is the prime reaason for the exponential rise of corruption in the govt madam..pls dont make him a saint just bcos he dies in an accident...it is unfortunate that he died ..so did the other 5 people who had to "obey" his orders and fly in the chopper..he had never given a chance for anyone in the govt to put their views forward people have to blindly accept his orders..it is this attitude of his that took him to his end ..
