USA may be better than India in manyways but when it comes to judiciary, USA stands nowhere to India. In the USA judiciary system is so much flawed that it looks mockery. In most of the times they are unable to catch and fix the real culprit. There proceedings look so much mechanical. A rape victim is usually helpless most fo the time. Here in Anand Jon case too it is just baffling and amusing to see that someone is being convicted for 60 years in such a young age for a sexual crime. It is worse than death sentence man! They should have followed 14 years life term instead of finishing him totally under jail.
Another thing is the sister episode with the judge. He simply looked for sexual favor. At least in our country here in India..judges hold this dignity at high court and supreme court level. Our judiciary is so strong that you can challenge the hearing three times and at three different and highly dignified places where justice is sure.
USA can't match Indian judiciary system. Only demerit with Indian judiciary is the slow trial whick makes "justice delayed is justice denied".

exactly. Judiciary in India is better coz the cases drag on for years. The victim and the accused die, but the case doesn't end. Definitely, Indian law and judiciary is better (for criminals)

USA's great strength is its sheer size and population of subhuman human beings, who demand nothing and multiply without needing any additional material resources. it is a population attuned to living off the fat of the land, doing nothing special.

arrre they dont serve 60 years, parole is granted after say 0ne year!
It all started with Kalam, then moved on to SRK and now Anand.Disgusting verdict , it is nothing short of Racial abuse.Indian Govt should aks the bloody Amrican Dplomats to pack and go home till justice is given to Anand and family.

History always said US Courts are RACIST AND BAIS. They gave verdict on colour of skin. Since Anand Jon is brown/black , judgement has gone against him.
indian film producers and directors must face same fortune like jon. knowingly and unknowing the aspirants who liked to enter film industry fall victims to the directors.PRODUCERS..and so on. We hear daily but not action taken in india.Take it eassy policy!
