With her in the helm, US and Russia had to take concrete decisions, there was no dilly-dally politics wrt what is happening now in the Mid-East and in Afghanistan.
You help us or you don't help us. There was no middle ground for tom-foolery of flow with the wind and blow over.
With a billion people and an ancient culture worth the envy of any other in the universe, India is always in a separate spot. India's being just does not align 100% with anyone. Rejecting the socialist influence and aligning with the US would never have helped us. The US' bosom friends are still 3rd world countries.
90% of the Indian News media is owned and operated by Church groups and conversions are at all time high....the effort by MMS to get the swiss money of the ALL Indians and on the list number ONE being the Nehru Clan was quickly squashed...Indians by Millions over the 50 years had to forcefully leave their mother land...the garbi hatao comes every FIVE yrs...the villages and infrastructure is still THIRD world country level...corruption is rampant...etc etc

you have to give them time.. moreee time.. how much responsibility can one family bear on its shoulders?????? You may call India a democracy, but is a BIG sucking sort of democracy called Ghandocracy...

She was a disaster. But the days she and her family ruled, they almost owned the nation. Every media, TV, Rodia, News paper and other print media would not publish any of her slips or mistakes. Infact in this free India you still dont pass 10th class till you learn to write a essay praising Nehru, Gandhi, Indira Gandhi etc. This is one of the most currupt and ill educated dynasty which has ruled India. Still media dont miss an opportunity to shine them even for however irrelevant or stray thing. One thing very satisfying - that non of this dynasty people could carry the bouty of their loot with them, only shame is its still well hidden in swiss Banks
