Cong NCP won, because we the people didn't have any alternative.
This is a defeat for SS & BJP. They have forgotten the rudiments of fighting an election. In the last LS election, they blamed the Electronic Media and now harp about EVMs.
These very same EVMs show that many people voted against the Cong. This shows that people actually did not want the NCP - COng and actually voted against it, and the EVMs have truthfully recorded it, but the opposition was divided.
It is not Raj Thakeray's charisma that has carried the day, it is SS - BJP's lack of dynamism that has let them down.

I meant sad. Sad because, these so called analysts have been saying one thing after the other for so many days except for the hard work of getting out there in the sun, trudging across rural India (which is not fun) and getting people to vote.
Its sad because, anyone and everyone knows that the people who spend time / can afford to watch TV / Electronic media usually don't vote in our country.
Most also know that the EVMs don't appear to be rigged, the dispersion in % of votes is too random.

So the Congress-NCP has one another term. The goverment over the last decade has made a mess of Governance. Has anything changed... Mumbai is in a mess...the Infrastructure is falling apart...The power situation is dismal..We are not far from another 26/11...The conditions of the road of India's financial capital is pathetic...Corruption is rampant...where can we go from here...Another election after 5 years and bountiful of promises which turn into lies. Unfortunately none of our politicians plan ahead...They are supposed to be the guardians of our state...Look at the mess they have made with our city...It does not matter who comes as long as we have sincere leaders...
Congress has understood instead of taking issues related to welfare of people,there is no guarentee of coming back to power, it is better to split main opposition vote and come back to power. Last 10 years they have done nothing but have managed to come back to power!! When Shiv Sena was in power the house prices came down and also built 52 brigdes.
Shiv Sena dont worry shiv sena ,you are really very strong hindutva,you are the maratha, you are the authorized of shivaji legacy ,you are the valentines under-wear keeper , all is fine , till Ashok ji completes his term, then when batting for fouth term ,will see who is lucky ?

OK you clown. Do get this into your head that if Raj were with SS, they may have come to power this time itself.
to get to know the exact working of evm whether they are right some constituencies should have ballots and evms both to know if there is any desrepancy.there can be more number of booths in these constituencies as polling would slow down considerably.
