An underground news paper in China has reveled that China is preparing to step in and clean up this area from the scums of the earth. This by negotiations with several countries.
They helped clean-up LTTE from Srilanka using their not so civil methods.
They want to build pipelines from Afghanistan and Pakistan. Conditions are being negotiated. They want to execute all the terrorists no exceptions and turn the countries to communist countries. Which probably will be better for the world.
Pakistan has a last chance to clean up the mess that they have created or their army ISI and these terrorist groups days are numbered.

ISI is far from defeated. For them the present situation is an expected part stage in the fighting not requiring any change of strategy.
Their basic premise that non conventional warfare is more cost effective than conventional warfare, is true and not disproved by all the international clamor about terrorism and anti terrorism.
The many negative factors in conventional warfare imply that non conventional warfare is here to stay for a long time.
Killing of this or that terrorist or group of them is like killing of this or that soldier or group of soldiers. It is only a detail and does not change anything basic.

It is useful to harden victims against terrorist violence, instead of waiting for international cooperation against terrorism by States like Pakistan.
A prepared and hardened population can be a more cost effective method of frustrating the terrorist States, than the Af Pak open war of USA. Only very rich States can afford open warfare on a countrywide scale, but hardening the population involves psychological conditioning, drill, basic knowledge of weapons, martial arts, intelligence gathering, etc. at little cost.
The work of terrorists can be made more difficult.
Saving civilian lives is not very important, except in announcements of official policy and in political speeches. Surplus civilian population is a great asset available to India and defence against terrorism should exploit this resource fully.
It is possible to prevent demoralization from civilian loss of life by preparing the population systematically on a very large scale.
It is very easy to condition the civilian population to accept casualties. In fact this has already happened to some extent. With formal training, the tendency of civilians to burst into extended speech and haphazard mob actions during an attack, as seen during IC 814, Bombay 26/11, and other, can be much reduced.
India that is reluctant to attack Pakistan openly has to fight their terrorists through a prepared population supported by armed police forces.
Even now sections of the Pakistani media and Hamid Gul and his like continue ranting lies to each and everyone who care to listen that India and Mossad are behind all these attacks, churning up hatered in the common masses against India and spewing venom on civilised existence. I hope they get a dose of their Karma too very soon, just as the people of Pakistan are getting for sponsoring terror by donating for jihad in the Pakistani markets since the last 2 decades. Those donations fom ordinary people helped all these then fledgling terrorist groups to grow up and reach the status they have today. So the ordinary Pakistani is not innocent after all.

In fighting does not end out fighting.
Terrorism against India will continue even if a war is on in some areas of Pakistan. That war is against those attacking Pakistani targets, and is for showing to the Americans, not for saving Indians.
It is certain that Pakistani Govt. forces are never going to interfere with someone planning to attack India and Indians.
Out of about three million armed and trained people attacking India, only about ten thousand are facing the attack by Pak Govt. forces, despite all the news and fanfare.
It is purely for propaganda directed at America. Indians should not have any hopes of relief out of it.
Most probably global jihad banked on Pakistanis nukes, US was attacked on Sep 11 because terrorist think that no country will directly attack Pakistan due to Nuclear deterrence and they can safely operate from there. US on the other hand is trying its level best that terrorist don’t find a safe heaven in Pakistan.
Terrorist wanted to bleed US to death, just as they do with killing animals but it’s the terrorist who are running out of patience and hence attacking Pakistani people and institutions.
In a single sighted mindset to compete with India and acquiring nukes, Pakistanis have unknowingly made themselves the table in the casino of life. Now Islamic forces and free world forces are betting with whatever they have and playing the game of patience on the table called Pakistan.
If patience of the Arabic forces run out and they think its impossible to operate freely from Pakistan and global jihad is leading nowhere, then most probably they will like to use Pakistanis nukes on India, fully aware that India will retaliate with nukes as well. Thus if they cannot make them accept Arabs as the Master race, then they will make sure that off-springs of Hindu low-animals nuke each other out and are no-more, at least few less opponents for Arabs to deal with.

Its more like that they are orchestrating ...all of this..to extract massive funds ..its bit of a coincidence that the level of violence goes up everytime they want to con the US for more arms and funds...otherwise Pakistan would be fully bankrupt by now....
I urge all of you to reconcile the news over the last few years...and you will see the corellation and you will see that all of this orchestrated by the ISI Army....
