Indian Judicial system dosent allow to kill or sentence any one to death, also when he is a terrorist or a Mass killer. If the person i.e. millitant comes and attack us, he would get arrested and would remain in jail with full security and good khatirdari by our goverment. Government should have no mercy on him, he should be killed in front of the public, he should be shot in the middle of the road and the whole world should see if some one dares to touch us what will we do to retaliate that indicent.

The ideology of Kia Scherr could be just the unconventional response needed to unsettle the wide-spread terrorism. Hard core criminals have been known to turn into saints and Kasab as not a hard core criminal, but a lad from a poor background who was influenced by the real hardcore guys with false promises.
While his act cannot in any manner be condoned, It could just be possible that Kasab may realise his errors and want to atone for his crimes if given proper counselling.
This would be the most potent weapon to be used against the people whose use poor boys for their nefarious designs.
Kasab should be shown on TV channels around the world, live if possible, volunteering information on how he was mislead and let down, and exhort the mislead youth in the affected areas NOT to fall into the traps of the unscrupulous "handlers" who have no courage to fight themselves.
Perhaps the mislead youth would listen to one of their own kind.

Killing Kasab may assuage the blood thirst of some, but after his death the whole issue will slowly evaporate over time.
Hope people realise that by capturing a terrorist alive on the scene of the crime India has done what no country in the world not even USA could do.(Salute once again to Tukaram Omble)
To fritter away the chance to try an unusual method to combat terrorism just for the sake of some blood lust is very short term thinking.

do not worry sir. we have a perfect system in place. From high court it will go to supreme court. SC will confirm his death punishment. Then there will be appeal. The President will have to take a decision. Already (if am right) there are about 28 mercy petitions pending with President. By the time He/She takes a look at it it will be another 40 years. Kasab will have his natural death. India is a great democrazy.

i jus read in the News paper that the govt has spent Rs 31 crore to Safegaurd the KILLER(Paki Kasab) who took hundreds of life last year in Mumbai...What Shame on ourself..:( Our govt.should have been HANGED him long back after extracting necessary information from Paki kasab..!(instead the money would have been given to those who had lost their life in the attack). By doing so pakistan(terrorists)would have been afraid a bit. But safegaurding 'paki kasab' our Govt.is inviting more terrorism into the country..!Pakistan(terrorists) will keep on making terrorism thinking that any how Indian govt will save our terrorist if they cought..(as they were saving paki kasab now).. CIVIL system can not give consent to KILLING as an ANSWER to any VIOLENCE ....I repeat any VIOLENCE. KILLERS are mad people and u dont do the same to mad persons.

I agree with you 100%. Kasab should be allowed to contest election in india from a strong minority vote bank place , after he wins election , everybody will forget his past and will accept him as a leader of the nation .

my friend whatever you may say .. the reality is that congress is going from strength to strength under the leadership of soniaji. BJP is already losing ground .. liberhaan report again will show them in poor light .. Let congress rule this country with full majortiy .. you will see how the country develop manifolds .. too many parties (especially regional parties) are a stumbling block for development .. am not a spokesman for congress but there is no other party in sight at the moment who can deliver ..

i agree when you say that one has to be strong to fight terrorism, but it is also true that if there is hatred filled in your soul, you will always be a person living in the past and will not move past that, and we all know that it is a dangerous thing to live in the past. but also true is the immense pain that this lady and other people who lost their spouse/child/parents are going through and many of us cannot even comprehend that pain. i am almost certain that the thing going through their minds everyday must be, "Why????". i sincerely hope for strength enabling them to come out of this trying times.

If all poor people were to be terrorists, India would have had more than 40% of the population to be terrorists. All this illiteracy, marginalisation, or economic backwardness or only reasons. Terrorists must be dealt with an Iron hand and nothing else
