Madhur, after visiting 'Chandni Bar', started behaving like an urrch1n at 'Traffic Signal'. He did not realize that being on 'Page 3' and it was not the right 'Fashion' for him to have a casting couch. Looks like he will soon head for 'Jail'.

height of voyeurism

Its is the voyeuristic tendencies of the people in judicial setup that takes so long to settle the rape cases... they want to relive the second by second detail of the entire episode over and over, again and again...
Shame .....

Rotten Indian Judiciary

Case has been filed in 2004, the case is coming to trail in 2009 to know whether Preeti Jain had sex or been raped.Idiotic indian judiciary could have verified and relieved either Madhur Bhandarkar or Preeti Jain immediately where either of them might not be guilty or both might have been guilty. To decide this, the idiotic court has dragged the case for 5 years allowing lawyers to grab money from both Madhur and Jain for 5 years. Did the court expected Madhur Bhandarkar or Preeti Jain to settle case between themselves by getting tired in visiting the courts?. Did the court expected Preeti Jain to withdraw case as she is female by dragging the case for 5 years ?. Idiotic indian judiciary has to be made accountable with legal laws for deliberate delay in judgements or wrong judgements or non performance for both retired and current judges. Government has to open more courts and mandate the indian judiciary to close the cases immmediately giving justice to deserved rather than deliberately delaying it for the employment of police and judiciary.

When some one complained that there were cows on the roads of Dilli; Court gave orders that cattle be removed by some NGO and expenses recovered from Municipal Employees salaries.
Now it is not being suggested topenalise Court Staff for judicial delays, but some solution has to be found.
Look at Ayodhya Janma Bhumi Case. Justice Liberhaan gave some kind of report, 8 years after the death of the plaintiff. Nobody knows whether it is judgement or some interim report. What ever it is , report has not been made public. Probably they are waiting for the defendent to expire too.
