So, why is it at most of these comments are so negative? A successful businesswoman had made a very generous donation to help poor children in India and the U.S. when she could far more easily have chosen to spend her money on frivolities. I doubt very much that her major motivation was that she might win an award or get some recognition. If only more people suffered from so much "low self esteem," as one of you put it. How much good might we accomplish in the world! Instead of grousing about her and guessing about her motives, how about doing something good yourself!
What sort of an award is this? You got to pay a million dollars so the White-skinned man can pat you? She must be pretty low on self-esteem. Not surprising given the fact that immigration lawyers merely fill out forms and any fool can do the job. They are not like superstar trial lawyers.

Everything is not black and white. She is an American citizen and not an Indian. I guess she gives to American charities. Any fool can fill out the forms. But when issues come up experience is required to deal with them. The moral of the story is that all people that look like us are not Indian citizens and being white is not a crime.
He sucks blood out of immigrants charging a huge fee . why she cannot do charity for her people who have immigration issue from india give them 70% discount in fee. She is doing what bollywood star does gaining stardom to suck more blood
.. a cat holic charity with trmendous overhead. a good part of it will be used to con vert indians. unfortunately some indians try to gain influence in usa with no great thought.

She is not an Indian and United Way is not a Catholic Charity, just a place for rich folk to dump some money they dont need and feel good about themselves.
