Lime juice is not throughtout the day.It is in the early morning with warm water on empty stomach.

Simple exercise to loose weight. Very simple one indeed. Turn your head to the left shoulder, slowly. Then turn it completely to the right shoulder and then completely to the left shoulder. Do this for like, 3 or 4 times. This should be done when anyone offers you food. You will be amazed with the results!
