yes you are right if one is fighting for the cause and is a good speaker people will follow him.... did you ever listen what LTTE head speaks... if he is a foolish men why all these Tamilian supporting him... it is the same case when you compare Gandhi and Subash Chandra Bose or Bhagat Singh.. you can see that there intentions were right but the way both chose to get freedom was different... and that makes the difference

You are wrong.all the land(present day India & Tibet was a prt of the British Empire) - by that analogy, afghanistan & Burma would also be a part of India.Infact, the concept of India in itself is only 62 years old. Moreover, on Arunachal Pradesh(Souther Tibet before 1956) - as usual the forefathers of the Nehru-Gandhi clan goofed up.when China attacked Lhasa, the Indian Government asked the Tibetan representative in Arunachal to get out - which started the border dispute with China.

Yes! Netaji was wrong if you view from the eyes of Mahatma Gandhi or Dalai Lama.

But, that aside, Killer Prabhakaran is a faulty comparison to Netaji too. Netaji did not create any suicide bombers or force children to fight against his enemies.

Sir, Netaji, Subash Chandra Bose, did not kill our leaders, but Prabhakaran is cold Blooded murderer, who killed innocent Rajiv gandhi.

Netaji and Bose did not kill the people, but they reacted to the offensive happened against Indians

Rajiv Gandhi should not be considered innocent. He sent Indian army in the name of IPKF. The martyrdom of these Indians without any gain to their motherland was a curse on Rajiv.

Rajiv Gandhi nurtured LTTE. He only paid for his crimes. And possibly, he was killed by Vatican to ensure Sonia's rule over India.

What do u know about him my friend, Rajiv send peace troups to Srilanka and stopped the war that time, otherwise long back Prabhakaran might have died, only because india involved they could able to survive for more years.

DEAR FRIENDS, IF LTTE IS NOT SMASHED NOW, THEN THEY FIRST GET ELAM IN SRILANKA AND THEIR NEXT TARGET IS TAMILNADU AS SEPERATE COUNTRY, THEY WILL START SUISIDE ATTACK IN DELHI.

US ENCOURAGED TALIBAN IN AFGHAN, BUT IT IS PAYING THE PRICE NOW, INDIA SHOULD NOT SUPPORT LTTE FOR ITS AND WORLD SECURITY

Netaji formed an army which fought against the British imperial forces to liberate India. He was fighting a war against the mighty British army, not sending suicide bombers to kill innocents. Next time you will use your brains before you post any comment, I hope.

China as an ally
by ibrahim kaskar on May 07, 2009 05:22 PM

China if managed well from an Indian position of power and confidence can be a good ally. It will only do so if India through its progress and influence can upstage China. Unfortunately Indians can only blame themselves for the sorry state India is in and its lack of influence on world stage. The world listened when BJP conducted Pokhran II - Indians mini Bramha vastra.

Dalai Lama & The Chinese Attack on India!
by Ram Sharma on May 07, 2009 05:22 PM

There is no doubt that the Dalai Lama is a learned and good spiritual leader of the Buddhists.

However, Pt. Nehru committed the second biggest blunder of his life when he permitted the Lama to take refuge in India in 1959.

This act antagonised Mao Tse Tung a lot and became one of the major reasons for Chinese attack on India in 1962.

Because of this folly on part of atheist Nehru, so many Indian soldiers lost their lives in the war and India lost a part of kashmir(Aksai Chin) to China.

Contrast this with the present day anti Hindu policy of the Cong/SP/BSP and communists!

Is it not shameful that in India all religions other than Hinduism are protected, while concereted efforts are made by the govt to wipe out all traces of Hinduism, like the Ram Setu.

Will the Hindus ever wake up??????????????

Ahimsa but with power
by Indian Citizen on May 07, 2009 05:11 PM  | Hide replies

If a weak person or country talks Ahimsa, nobody listen or believe. Ahimsa goes well with power. It went well with Krishna as he had Sudarshan Chakra ( symbol of power ).
If you have Nuclear power and still you talk Ahimsa, like India, people mioght listen to you not without that.
This world moves according to the power not without that and this may be the reason why N-Korea is behind Nu-power. Not necessarily, one should go far its military use. There are peaceful purposes too. Developed nations do not want any other nation to acquire this power as they get threatened because they know that in Nu- war no body is absolute winner.
