When SRK a poor image of an actor was detained,it promoted Ms. Ambika Soni to shoot her mouth off. Here we have a great actor, so dignified and un assuming and our Soni's and Narayan are keeping quiet? The divide shows and it is high time it was taken note off.

What crap are you talking? What's wrong with what the US did? They are taking action to ensure safety in their land, is that a crime? Its called looking out for yourself.
What has any of this got to do with Modi's denial of US Visa?
I think this action is absolutely praiseworthy. If India had such processes in place, we would be a much better place.

I agree,we should not jeopordise the safety and security of our people merely because 'doubting' will anger some one.Indian government should also be cautious and careful when dealing with 'mohammadkuttees'
why are you mentioning it as "muslim name"? a name is a name, be it hindu or christian or muslim. is this the way to increase the 'hit' to the site? this is utterly cheap and worse than any 3rd degree tactics. If his name is Mammooty, then can he be questioned under any other name? pity for you..

There was some terrorist named "Muhammad Ismail" in USAs suspect list. Thats why they checked all people by that name.

forgot mammotty.. the bjp govt didnt raise a voice when a cabinet minsiter was strip searched when he went to us.
Why is everyone saying its extreme prejudiced? Hypocrite much are we? Whats wrong with taking extreme precautions....9/11 was a harrowing expirience and changed much of the world and if it takes such measures to make sure it never happens again then so be it. I may sound rude and even racist but after what happened in mumbai,I would be more than suspicious with any random guy who comes across as strange,They are doing the right thing. On a side note even Robert De niro was metted out the same treatment once so its not like its done on purpose or prejudice...Hey what will anyone get out of it?

It doen't mean that whenever there is a Muslim name he is to be suspected. Not every Muslim is a terrorist.Terrorism doesn't have any religion.
