Vivek Kundra is *not* an Indian
by Ganesh Johnson on Mar 13, 2009 10:56 AM  | Hide replies

Folks,

Vivek Kundra is from some Tanzanian origin, and he lists his first language as 'swahili' - his parents are nth generation descendents with multiple ancestorial generations in Tanzania. They are only similar in name to Indian origin. Other than that, there's nothing Indian about them. I won't be surprised if Vivek Kundra is found to be complicit in this fraud.

Statistic are nothing but lies. Crime has nothing to do with nationality.

Sorry sir, stats r not lies, its only when we accept facts that we can try to bring about a change..
and yes crime certainly has nothing to do with nationalities but suspicion does go high if its frm pakistan, afghanistan,somalia,.. thts coz we r following stats whn it comes to other countries!!

Even if he was Indian, how does it matter. A person of any nationality can do crime. It does not reflect every person of the country the criminal is from. It is silly to assume so.

Useless Controversy
by anshu on Mar 13, 2009 10:56 AM  | Hide replies

Nothing is going to be the outcome due to this. Maybe this is just a routine check up and Vivek maybe on a normal holiday. I think Rediff is more concerned about other countries then ours. That viveck must not be even calling himself an Indian, forget about him doing something good for our country, then why to unnecessarily follow his news.

Forgetting our values and ethics
by yugapurush on Mar 13, 2009 10:54 AM  | Hide replies

Over a period of time indians ignored their relegion(hindu) and way of living (hindutva) for the convinence of earning money and embrass western culture. IQ of an average indians is more than the majority us,europe citizen. Our ancisters had a kind of god fear which prevented them using their intelligence for wrong reason.
But our generation is moving away from ethichs and value thus resulting such incidents frequently

i think we are all so foolish... you should appreciate the fact that it is also good western governance that managed to carry out this raid. Think of the same situation in India and you might have to raid each and every indian politicians house. Stop! and change

The CSO reports to the CTO. The CSO was doing all this, paying for "non-existing" employees etc, and the CTO was unaware?
