Couldn't miss the contradiction in your statement: "..are Indian citizens...do not have permanent resident status."
If they are Indian citizens, they have absolute rights to buy property, gain employment or vote, as long as they are domiciles of the Indian state in question.

yes after the lahore attacks people tend to focus less on the mumbai mayhem.looks like they have achieved what they wanted to.Now the whole investigation will be lost.We will never know who really killed karkare and team.
