All Right, since when the Mus1ims have so much love for him? If you had so much love for him, our Country would not have been divided.
Let us take a pledge as follows which is in our own interest :
- All of us will vote
- All of us will not vote for anyone who is a brother/sister/daughter/wife of current MPs and MLAs
- We will not vote for anyone who has already spent atleast 2 terms in the parliament.
These parties have taken us for a ride for too long and same old faces and their relatives have cornered all seats and power and only they contest election after election. We need fresh faces, fresh ideas and a clean government. Any party which is not willing to listen to us should be booted out.
Dump the congress, BJP, Communists and all the other corupt parties. Join us in changing our country and removing the power from the leaders and giving it to the people. Google ' perfect democracy bombax' and visit the hindustn repulic association website. We will change the country the question is when will u join us.
It looks that both the national parties are finding themselves in bad position vis a vis alliances . Congress is facing problems in UP , MP , Bihar . BJP whihc is already looki9ng for allies is very precariously placed , the grapevine has it that BJD may part way with BJP in orrisa too which may actually be very bad news for BJP as it will wipe BJP off eastern coast . If all these alliances for both cong & BJP dont happen , the nation may actually face a scenario where we again have third front govt with PM musical chair happening all over again . With nation already facing recession this is the worst developement . Hoping that this is just the posturing .
Secularism is a stupid concept as it divides ppl in majority and minority and then it talks about equality. Indians dont need secularism as it provides parties like congress an oppurtunity to appease minority and divided majority to gain the minority votes and to divide the majority votes amongst various regional parties. Its a tool well used by congress.

No sir it is a very humane concept if it is followed in its true spirit. It means every individual is free to follow there religion. But here comes caveat-It should not effect state policy. Religion is personal and should not come out in open. But if it is followed in to to Congress will never win a single election. And hence every form you fill..school, college, employment...your religion, caste is playing role. Sooner or later your colour, height will also divide one from another. THIS IS POLITICS.
The media in general has been very supportive of UPA in general and Congress in particular. But, they have become so biased that no media talks about the open threat given by Karunanidhi to the State Election Commissioner Mr Naresh Gupta. Karuna says that the SEC though a serving IAS in the State, has not met him so far and criticised him. An impartical Election official has been openly criticised and the media which has organised against BJP for taking up the issue of Chawla (correct to a grater extent), has so far not commented on the veiled threat by MK

Very strange. India consists of the 28 States and 2 Union territores. If you remove them, where is India? India at the end of the day sum of all the States.

lakshman , people like pepepopo are the biggest threat to national integration . They are so carried away by their regional , religion and caste prejudices that they do not understand that in a country as diverse as india inclusion is the na,e of the game not exclusion .

@shashi sharma Congress has laid down the foundation for such people. Had congress been not involved in minority appeasing politics there wud have been no need of a party like BJP. Also dont forget how indira gandhi in late 70's used bhindranwale which finally lead to her execution by the fanatics. Congress has kept the majority divided all this years so as to garner the minority votes and keep the majority votes divided amongst various parties.

Till the early 1970s Congress (not the present congress which has become a Private limited party) was a national force with many regional stalwarts who had national outlook with regional rooting. Those leaders were not only encouraged by the central leadership and contributed to the grwoth of Congress and integration of India. To day, Congress does not allow any leader to grow and in the bargain the regional parties who have no presence outside their States, have grown with their own personal agendas and dictating terms to the Central Govt.

Make reaserch on the communal riots of India after Independance except the Sikh massacre in 1984(which congress is responsible. In all riots it can be found that at one sied it is Jansandgh,VHP,RSS or BJP.

pepepopo, each and every riot in independent India were started by the "minorities" and the majority suffered maximum in those riots. It was only in Gujarat that the minorities suffered more than others and that is the reason for crying foul over that day in and day out. The toll in Gujarat 2002 was just 1180 (including the missing and 260 H1ndus shot dead by Police). That incident taught every one that the price for a starting a riot would be too big for any one to bear and as such we have not witnessed any major riot since then.

I fail to understand your argument. May be your memory is very short. The so called people you are talking never controlled the politics of Tamil Nadu, since independence. TN is the first State to bring the fruits of reservation to its people. Have some logic and impartial analysis
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Kind media

lakshmanan murthy, no point in arguing with dim-wits. It was the North Indian hegemony of imposing Hindi down the throat of unwilling population that resulted in decimation of Congress party in TN. Ever since the Anti-Hindi agitation of the late 1960s, Congress party has never ruled the State. So far as the North Indians are concerned, there is no language other than Hindi and India is only UP and Bihar. They do not even know howmany States are there in South India or how many major languages are there. They have a generic name "Madrassi" for all South Indians. So much for their knowledge of history and geography.
People should not vote for dynastically controlled dectatorial parties such as Congress, RJD, LJP, SP, NCP,TC, DMK, AIDMK etc for the sake of Indian democracy.

you missed BJP brother , They are also fielding yedu's son from shimoga and several other sons from various consituencies .

Shashi. Though we can add the name of some other dictatorial parties such as JD(S), Akali Dal, Shiv Sena etc.

agreed ram , sorry forgot to add sukhbir badal from akalis , gowda family from JD , thakre family from SS , patnaik family from BJD . yeah the bottom line is all these parties are doing the same and claiming to be "holier than thou "
Re: Re: People should not vote for dynastically controlled dectat
by Ram Sharma on Mar 06, 2009 10:42 AM
Shashi. U r missing the difference between dynastic control and fielding relatives of some politicians. Do Yedu and his son or other sons mentioned by you r at the top of BJP central leadership? Kennedy and Clinton's family members hv been standing in elections, but they don't control the party dynastically and instead chose Obama as their candidate. In Congress, noone can say anything against Sonia Parivar. Only Sonia Parivar decides the policies of the govt, as they r in absolute control of the party. Same is the case in other parties mentioned by me.

there is no difference ram ... either there is dynasty ( one mla/mp/pm/cm etc fielding his son/daughter/wife )or no dynasty .. there can not be a middle ground . that is to some extent its acceptable .Are you saying that pusing people for MLA / MP is ok , anything beyond is not ok ?
Re: Re: Re: People should not vote for dynastically controlled de
by shashi sharma on Mar 06, 2009 11:12 AM
Ram , As you rightly pointed out hellarys case , the sameis the case with congress say sonia looses from rai barelly ... people are accepting her as the leaders and that is what democracy is .
