While I do not support the current regimes actions, u have to realize Satish has a point..US has history of interfering and they had a policy of regime change..If u dont know history, US was instrumental in overthrwoing democraticaly elected leader of Iran in 1953 and installing Shah of Iran ( who ruled for 26 years before islamic revolution) ..US state secertry accepted this incident..They dont care abot democracy ..they care who is useful for US..remember Pakistan(Musharraf) an ally and India as a democracy is lesser friend
INDIA should not be mere spectator of even happening in iran .all world know what type of jungle rule is happening in iran.. iran is father of terrorism of islam in the world .. so current rullers of iran is just develish rule by dectator of spritual islamic group .. we need no end it and want people democractic securlaist government .. all world should unite and help people of iran ,,,
Protests are natural in a republic. So why is Rediff.com reporting on some Iranians protesting within their republic. Has India no better stories to offer its journalists? Or even the USA where Rediff.com has an office. I think most of Rediff.com's readers couldn't care less about what some Iranians are thinking about their compatriots.

because in democracy we need to protest against corrupt leaders. in autocracy, if it is a benevolent dictat, there is no need.
What i mean is simple, if we could have a world without religion, the problems would have been lesser, every one of them talk of peace, but that's only in the books, they finally try to find some way to become powerful and try to establish that it is the best, irrespective of any of them! "Imagine there's no countries It isn't hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And no religion too Imagine all the people Living life in peace!" Well, with some people craving for power and instigating others to keep chaos live longer, stupids who claim to be religious and kill others, and with thousands of more stupid supporters finding some strange good reasons for those killings, I have no hope of seeing a peaceful world. In fact, from the begining of civilisation, the world was never peaceful, but I guess this time we, the common people of this earth, have better chance of using some sense, because of the shere presence of Internet! Can I be hopeful guys?

More specifically, the problem is caused by 'The Religion of Peace'.
Indians and Iranians need to realize that we are both NOT an Arabic people.
Hence, we should each proudly return to the religion of our respective forefathers, before we were each struck with the Arabic affliction of 'The Religion of Peace'.
All Iranians should return to Zoroastrianism.
All Indians should reclaim their glorious Hindu heritage.
And the world will have become that much better for it.

First you study the religion of Islam and tell what is truth. Islam never teach killing of innocent people. Islam teach "Killing one innocent is like killing all human beings". So dont blame Islam or religion. Blame to those, who do not follow the right path and act as they like. My dear....

Historically people have fought for one only three reasons.....Treasure, land & women. God is namesake, the actual reason is political.

next you'll probably want one language, no state, no village/city, no family....then it might really be peaceful...every man-woman an island in him/herself

We already have a lot of languages, but I don't think we have any problem because of that, but this world has only a few religions of some reputation, and look how big the problems are!!

I completely agree with you. Religion is a huge problem for us. Just look at wars that are happening around the world. Its mostly between religion. Lets follow one religion... Humanity.

The problem started since organized monotheistic religions were invented. They are the intolerant ones.
I saw the video. Such a nice poor girl. Why do everytime so many innoscent people have to sacrifice their lives. Being a normal human and looking at her at the same place, I feel so sad on the Power hungry , Religious fanatics and ones who are both. But this video should be shown to all , seen by all specially the the beurocrats , its a shame to them
