Nobody is inviting you to Australia. Nor is anyone pressurising you to go to Australia.
But once you reach there on your own accord, you should have the basic decorum expected in that community and live accordingly.
If you make a pest of yourself and behave obnoxiously, you get attacked.

Manjari is right. No one is cribing. This is a forum meant to express our views. It all goes back to upbringing. A child always learns from it's parents. Similarly, the genes carry it all. Look at the average aussie public. They are just like their cricket team - aggressive, sledging, abusive and crime oriented. If you look at the muslim nations, its no different.
Why are 99% of the crimes committed by muslims? Because its there in the blood. Am not saying all Muslims are like that. However the trends are worth pondering over. If it wasn't in the genes, the stark differences would have been well..not so stark. So Manjiri you are right. No one is cribing. They are like that.

Totally Agree. I also rate INDIA is the safest country for INDIANS. I have lived and traveled thru 25 plus countries and never have felt as SAFE and SECURE as in INDIA. JAI HIND!!!

The way Maharashtrians treat North Indians and group them under one segment "Bhaiyas"., are not aware that this is a sign of respect we give to our elders. Moreover, starting from the Broadcasting Minister to the Superstar of Bollywood, or let it be the first President of India, mostt cases you will find a successful North India. In Australia, they never ask you whether you are a maharashtrian or bhaiya, but categorise us with the most unbearable designation. I am from UP myself and we have lived in UP for 175 years and never left the state. We have to realize that there is some truth in the fact that not all of course but some UPites are disturbing elements perhaps due to poverty or perhaps due to other factors. So it is not altogether wrong if someone says something against it. But then no one has the right to stop movement of people from one state to another that is criminal offence but yes some new law should be made so that mass exodus or migration of people should be checked to a certain degree because it may distabilise functioning of a big city. We are all children of mother India and we must see things in their entirety and we have a certain responsibility towards our less privileged brethren. Remember UP, Bihar by and large started the first war of Independance which ultimately led to freedom. They died so that we may be free.

Yes u r right. We should not fight with each other only because of our language and states. We all are Indians. We are one , only our languages are different. If so many people target towrds the few big city then it wil create trouble for them as well as for the city. For example if u go to Delhi and see so many Bengalis, oriyas, NorthEastern people are there and most of them are very poor. Mainly Rickswa puller and Maids. Their living condition is so poor that it wl make u cry. Same thing in Mumbai and Bangalore.i hv not seen other big city so i dont know about that. Because of Papi Pet ka Swal, the poor people are attracted to the nearest big city and make their lives difficult. Few are success but most of them suffer like any thing. We should not blame each other, instead we shld appeal to our Govt. to take necessary action to develop all the states so that people wl not suffer any more.

I agree with Manjari. I am from Mumbai and find the growing exodus of people from UP and Bihar entering Mumbai alarming. However the core issue is not to oppress such people or stop them from coming. We must improve these states themselves so that people do not find it necessary to shift. I guess the biggest problems these states have are their corrupt governments. Well all governments in India are corrupt to an extent. However, this problem has reached chronic levels in UP and Bihar. First this problem has to be uprooted from its roots. Even Maharashtra, the most developed state in the country has started facing this problem so widespread in the country. Our country needs honest, well educated and non-corrupt people running it. Hope I am agreed with.
