Ten-year-old girl identifies Kasab
by vulupu on Jun 10, 2009 10:08 PM  | Hide replies

so?........

look at the speed at which the trial is going...maybe our legal system and moollah-appeaser-politicians think that entire billion of our population including newborns shud odentify kasab.....only then kasab can be hanged...

This process of identification by entire population will take 100 light years...

after that , MAYBE, kasab will be hanged (if he is alive)..

hahahahahaha

vulupu, I appreciate your feelings but want to correct you for 100 light year...which you might be thinking as the time unit but infact its the distance unit: the distance travelled by light in 100 years where the speed of light is 3 lakh kilometers per second. Now you know what and how much it is.

Cut Kasab's hand, tongue, legs, ears and penis. Make sure we treat him well and throw him in the same railway station and ensure that he survives there with all the pain and this will be lesson to all other terrroist who have plans to attack India.

Our legal system is making mockery of itself. The system seems to be slave of those sitting in position of King as Blind Dhritrashtra: having loyalty to his vote bank son and not to the country. We did not learn from Mahabharat: what a Shame !!!

The trial should have been in camera, so that the indians could be spared the trauma of long drawn out court proceedings. Why shoud so many persons need to identify the killer? Is anyone doubting that kasab is wrongly arraigned?

Feel Proud
by Kiran kumar on Jun 10, 2009 07:57 PM  | Hide replies

I do not understand whether i should feel proud of Mother India or Feel pity for my Mother India.
Because we know that Kasab Killed many Children of Mother India but still Mother India does not Punish for that but till investigates.

Our Law believe in Priciple that "One Innocent should not be punished at cost 100 culprit can escape with out punishment"

I also feel that locals involvement threatened public to come forward for giving evidence.
The reasons are many:
1. Your idendity is disclosed but the enemy remains unidetified by you and you are prone to attacks any where .
2. Our system does not give a fool proof protection to you for this bravery, rather if you get killed, people might call you fool.
3. Still country has lot of Shivaji who could fight but it needs to be in Shivaji style of Gorilla war fare with such enemies. We need to unite to fight.

The involvement of the locals is the reason for many fearing to give evidence. Hell with these traitors

What;s going on, still now?

Is this still making news. Do we still need evidence to nail this terrorist when pictures have shown him carrying an automatic weapon, and i'm sure during autopsies carried out on dead persons this fellow has killed, enough forensic evidence has been gathered to prove the bullets have come from his gun. Do we now have to doubt whether he fired from the gun.

The verdict should be__ hang him or send him to life imprisonment with no chance of parole. Did these terrorists show any mercy when they gunned down more than 150 innocent persons, Indians or otherwise.

we should impound the islamic law of punishment to this rascal, by cutting the legs and hands in public and remove the eye lids so that he will live a life of dead for the rest of his life

Chandrashekhar, do we remember how Maj. Kalia who was Prisoner of War taken from our side of LOC was tortured ?
His sex organ was cut, his eys were removed, he was burnt by cigarette buts and then finally killed.
We indians do not know how to torture !!.
Chinese used to put a big wild mouse under the KADAHI on the stomatch. Then they used to heat the KADAHI so that mouse starts eating flesh of KASAB to save himself and finally he makes a big hole for escape via stomatch !! What an idea !!

As per the Is1amic law he should be beheaded.

Your knowledge of Is1amic law is as poor as your knowledge of Is1am itself.
