It is Fidel Castro, though alive, was in power for nearly 50 years before he resigned of health reasons. He came to power in 1959 till 2008.

The Nehrus,(Gandhis ,included),Abdullas,Karunanidhis,
Gowdas and more to be recorded; in the traits of the Bachhans,Deols.
None of them is 'aam'-rich!
A change in the nomenclature does not change exploitations; or does it?
