Does Somalia has a Judiciary? I thought they had the barbar1c 1slam1c sharia courts, where in a rape victim has to produce 4 witness to proove that she was violated,if she does not, she is treated as a pr0st1tute.
you got to be living in f00ls paradise if you feel that by accepting his crime ( gee..did he have to after being caught live in camera?)he will be punished immediately.
he has accepted his crime in the Sessions Court, after which he will appeal to the High Court and Supreme Court etc.
By that time 8 to 9 years will go and then he will ask for a Presidential Pardon, this too will be prolonged if Congress is in power.
So, by the time he might be 70 Plus years of age and die a natural death.
Although the moron confessed his guilty we should nt end the drama immediately. Coz now the ball is in our hand and our treatment should be a kind of a 3rd degree(i.e removing one ball one day and next day cutting 1 inch of his pipe and so on) and day by day keep increasing and thats the way to make his life miserable and one fine morning the moron will appeal the judge that he doesnt want to stay alive and so requesting for his execution.
I think it is useless for Kasab to name Zaki ur Rehman as the mastermind 2 days after the pakistani authorities have stated the same to the whole world... The whole excercise of capturing kasab and spending tax rupees on him is total wastage..
Lets hope that the authorities have obtained some other useful information which will help the country and the world on the war on terror!!

BTW, I also forgot to mention that Manmohan Singh now since he has signed the joint declaration in Egypt will also free Kasab very soon. After all Musl1ms should not be offended in any which ways.
