Dr MMS----WAY TO GO,SIR.
by Siva sundaram on Jul 21, 2009 07:11 AM  | Hide replies

Sonia and pranab can mind their own business. Now Dr.Manmohan Singh is all that is needed for India and its growth. He is the most capable and there is no one in congress to even match the status of his shadow. In fact it was partly because of Dr.MMS that congress got reelected. So let MMS do his job and rest of them just get their crumbs.

the way he handle talk with pa_k was not impressive. He ignored experienced diplomats and foreign external affair ministers and interfering their business for building self-image. I think sonia need to tighten the screw bit. It seems like indian are unfit to rule country even after 60 years independent.

MMS might be a good economist, but surely he is not clever at geo-politics. Balochistan will haunt us, this is the biggest forigen policy blunder since Independence.

Which other party above this trouble!!
by my on Jul 21, 2009 05:52 AM

Congress and BJP are two big parties. Both have personalities who have diverging views. However, when it comes to party affairs, they all converge and agree on party agenda! So, it is foolish to manipulate who is partying with whom!

In BJP, nobody can dump LK and install Jetlie because Jetlie may be more efficient but LK has more followers! Similarly, even there can be rift in Congress - one person or the other with Sonia! But ultimately, Sonia's views cannot be ignored just as LK's views cannot be ignored in BJP!

Pranab, MMS, leaders from N and S or E/W - all have contributed to the party! They have divergent views! But their Central Committee is a larger representation which ultimately resolve the issues in Congress. Similarly, diverging views from anti/pro RSS factors have their own views - some of them may be parallel! It does not mean they cannot express their independent views in the party forum!

MMS is a heart patient and not a healthy person today! Just like LK who is planning to retire for health reasons! Congress might be having an alternate figure in their mind in times of crisis - God forbid let that not happen! But truth is a truth! Samething holds true in BJP also. BJP has their own choices for the next generation! Time and again it has proved that Congress has depended on Gandhi family to project a leader without N-S divide or E-W discrimination. No room for manipulation! - whether it is Congress or BJP!

Trouble brewing in Congdom?
by Bodh Ramdeo on Jul 21, 2009 05:51 AM

In furtherance of their "zero-communal" policy, Cong should nominate their Dalit bete noir Lalu Prasad, to be their next PM, seeing as their other Dalit beti, Maya, has already struck the first blow- unless of course, it's all one big tamaashaa, purely for public consumption- a well-orchestrated show for the gullible, inspidly-stupid ignorant aam aadmi??

Congress will face the fate of the Shah of Iran in the hands of Ayatollah...dynasty has to go off.
The sooner people realize this, sooner India is benefited.

We need emperor-like leaders, not the emperor's dynasty.

A Western democracy is not the best solution for India.
Every nation's psyche builds up on its cultural background. Westerns are by nature disciplined. Indians are by nature anarchic. And the huge population is one of the key reason behind that.

So, when one devises democracy it should not be the same medicine for all diseases. Western democracy works well in US, but not in India.

Democracy gifts people like lalu, Maya, Mulayam, Paswan opportunity to regress, to befool India.

So, a 'benevolent dictator' like that of Chandragupta, Ashoka, Harsha, Krishnadeva Raya, Akbar, Indira ji only can save India.

Unite the people, make them feel proud of their common thread of heritage, make them feel Indian before any other faith identity, make bureaucracy honest, common people disciplined, industries for people, keep capitalism limited to business and not to society, cleanse administration, empower PSUs, rejuvenate intel and military - and all these will in turn guard and grow our economy.

Cynic is psychic...like his fellow Abrahamic faith brothers...even if you tell nothing against them, they will keep on saying the same thing....
They can not tolerate a single word praising their motherland. Their nation. Their patriots.

They just know Abrahamic father of heaven and that too they fight between themselves for...what a crap

Manmohan is a nice-to-have
by Rashtrawadi on Jul 21, 2009 02:00 AM

in a museum...
I thought he might not be an able leader, a good PM, but at least he is a good guard of our economy...
But after his escapist response on Lalu's railway revenue bluffs, I am sure he is bad at that too...

nice-to-have for a museum...

Congress is a flock of
by Rashtrawadi on Jul 21, 2009 01:56 AM

opportunists and agents bound by no common ideology. They have forgot nationalism after Indira ji. They are just left with few coteries and a single people's face family - Gandhi.

If by some mishap, the family perishes, the party will be buried too. Except Gandhi family there is nothing in Congress. and since I have enough doubts on that the patriotism of the current members of that family, I have doubts on Congress.

Just see Railway revenue bluffs, Balochistan...things have just started.

Congress is surviving on anti-national vote bank and a few stooges at all pillars of democracy - a sold out President, a sold out EC and a sold-out media..

Last patriot in India was PV Narsimha Rao. And Indira ji before him.

Now only opportunists and agents - agents of industrialists, agents of China, agents of Pakistan, agents of Vatican...
