I think with NSG present now increasing across India, the Indian Army should take over the country and do something good for the country rather than waiting for the politicians for another 50 years..What do you think? This way we save on the crores of rupees our politicians waste..

Sir..Indian army is not like pokis..we have a disciplined and dedicated army ready for any challlenge.. We need a system which can wipe out several things, adulteration in food items for ex.. do you know adultareation is threating an entire generation.. what are our politicians doing??

dear role of our police & army are altogether different. Due to huge police networks it would not be wise to take army services, as they have different job in hand. All is needed to upgrade our police forces too in line with Army & Commandos. All in all India is rising slowly but surely

NSG should have reservation policy and have elephant as their symbol, Lucknow should be the main HQ outside Mayawatis house and there should be special guard for the Ambedkar Statute and Elephants she erected only two days back. Those are national treasures and NSG should have duty 24X7 to protect them.

NSG Commondos services will help after terrorists strike our country. What about protecting b4 they strike b'coz Police with old fashioned pistols are not enough to protect us.

India needs a dictator in some cases you see..daily we see people adulterating everything you eat and drink..What is the govt doing?? See China..they have hanged these kind of people.. Thats why I said Army should take over..

Any way ther is a huge additional cost to the Govt.NSG's contribution should be in high level there should not be any excuse for mistakes/wrong doings,enough foods to be given to NSGs otherwise they looks like postmen you can see a guy in the last picture looks like striving to hold the gun.People are not trusting in Police Force no trust on any security forces let NSG bring that let it reach in time whenever its service required.

These are only symbolic as very little has changed on the ground. Opening of 10 more NSG hubs will not help unless we upgrade its operational capabilities, including better training and providing better equipments. Our commandos operate less sophisticated equipments and less motivated compared to the terrorists. Commando forces of other countries are far more better placed to handle any kind of threats.

I disagree with you on the motivation aspect. Even a well trained NCC cadet will be motivated enough to go to war at any given time (I was, during my NCC days). Then you can imagine how motivated our commandos (who are counted among the best in the world) will be. Whereas yes they should have better equipments.

@Dhanesh MS, Its good to be patriotic, but don't shy away from the reality. Recently seen what these "among the best in the world" can do in Mumbai. They took 3 days to flush out 10 terrorists. Just take a look at the commando forces from countries like, the US, Iserial, germany, Russia. We are no where near to them.

and better self respect post retirement or post handicap. Few weeks ago there was a NSGs pathetic story of how he was of no value once he lost his leg in the mumbai 26/11 operation.
One advice , they should show their faces to media (photo shoot ) , as their identities can be misused by terrorist
Creating a Striking group only do not solve the issue .
We need to have a group which will gather continuous information on anti terrorist intelligence and strike them before they can .
Should be a autonomous body at central control and ability to launch a operation with out local police concern.Mainly local police body is filled with informantants who can either inform or block any operations (even if after a terror strike ) .
And we target people who is terrorizing citizens whatever the religion or cast they belong too .
