Israel doen not seek Interpol's help or other govt's help(though they receives quite a lot of it) in bringing arresting terrorists who've doe them harm. Instead, with their widespread army of intelligence operatives, they hunt down and neutralize these scumbag terrorists. Wish one could say the same for the geniuses who run this great cesspool of a nation.
