All over india children in schools should be compulsorily made to study Gandhi family history from mahatama upto Rahulji and the hardships they faced and the sacrifices they made to protect secularism,communal harmony of this country.
Never before the people of this country had the direct exposure of the horror stories of 3As (Allah, Army & America) in Pakistan beaming through the 24x7 TV news channels into our living rooms and bedrooms. It is simply inconceivable that first, the release of AQ KHAN and then next the peace deal with the Taliban were done by the Pak establishment without tactical nod from the Obama administration. Is it a mere coincidence that while AQ K.han was set free, the Talibans are marching eastwards towards India. It seems the the Pak Army was anyway planning to push the Talibans into POK as an excuse after retaliatory ‘surgical strikes’ by India but to their disappointment the ‘surgical strikes’ never came. So, now Pak establishment had to act unilaterally to spread of Talibans eastwards towards India. Now entrenched in SWAT , it could be only a matter of time before they are allowed to push further North & East through FANA into POK for starting insurgency into Kashmir, a la -1947 Only that this time it could be very deadly with AQ KHAN on the loose we can even expect a DIRTY BOMB attack through these Talibans. Is the U.S. acting as a silent accomplice ? The highly sophisticated 26/11 Mumbai attack ,setting free AQ KHAN and eastward march of Taliban , coming one after another, all these appear to be more than just coincidence. Of course I ask myself why superstition is so widespread and why 99.99% of people believe in some form of God. Because of uncertainty and death, people cannot cope with the absoluteness of non-existence. So they invented an after-life and gods because it is useful. I have no doubt that this is the only life I have and I better make the best out of it (Lord Desai is not correct on the percentage of Atheists - about 15% of world's population are now irreligious atheists - JGN)
