we should be proud of KS..i have only read the paperback version of it.i found it to have some good observations about relations between men and women.like kishore singh has said.."and indeed, at its core, it is not unlike a book on, say, architecture, or cooking - made up of rules and observations.. but the observations are good and that makes all the difference and thats why it has lasted.The author Vatsyayana could have written a good book on any subject..
