All Ed Royce can say on this subject is some generalities. When the USA wants South Asia to become like India, it will discuss the role. But right now, the dumb (American) Congressmen are drinking the Pakistani Cool Aid and don't even want to acknowledge the role that that Indians have played - to Babar's descendants, no less.
Must be stopped from screwing this World & acting as if the Earth is their pop's property. If not today, then tomorrow earth will cease to exist. The worst part is now they are eying the moon & planning to screw it too.....
Just saying that Pakistan is the epicentre of terrorism and a state sponsorer of terrorism will not do any good. India is used to talk like this and it goes on and on. When will Pakistan be given the distinction of being called a state sponsorer of terrorism. Until that is done all other words are hollow.
