ST is a sour puss, after losing his bid for the UNSG post, he became a junior minister in the country of his birth about which he knows little. He is now using his position as a springboard to futher his political ambition by somehow remaining in the limelight.
This dude's got to where he is by smooth talking and chicanery.. I mean, the guy gets ticked off by his boss, and then he goes and puts that on his tweet... This guy is treating the position of India's Foreign Minister (admittedly junior) as a complete farce.. To discuss govt. policy on twitter is just silly.. This guy obviously does not listen - time for him to go I say... So, we lose one well-dressed, well-spoken (if accented) minister.. He's not adding anything - thumbs down - off with his head..
ST is being hard nosed! Should have a little more respect to his senior. He is dashing, contemporary, and has a very good vocabulary. but being a congress worker, he will have to learn to respect his seniors. Also, he should not feel that he is above all! Shashi is being stupid at times.
