The perception of red occurs because we have evolved to see in colour that doesn't mean it does not exist. Ask that to people who are colour blind or your house cat!

You are absolutely correct! The ancient sages of India had all the knowledge of the world including nuclear science. Ancient India had aoms of the most advanced aeroplanes and rockets. All this can be found in the scriptures, which were plagiarised by the Western scientists.
Some Indian readers who have posted on this board seem to have missed the point that Chopra was making. The issue is not about the veracity of the the laws of gravity or Newtonian mechanics. The issue is discovering the chain of causes (leading to the ultimate cause) of which gravity or all other forms of energy are mere effects. The greatest scientist that has ever lived (Einstein) acknowleged that the more he delved into the mysteries of the universe, the more he became convinced of the existence of a supreme intelligence (which Chopra and all the yogis call as 'consciousness') governing and permeating all the seen and unseen dimensions of the universe. The philosophy of Yoga and Vedanta (which is really what Chopra is expounding) is not for people with average intellects and minds conditioned with half-baked knowledge. It requires an original mind and out-of-the-box thinking to 'get' this. Looking at the shallow opinions posted on this board, western peoples seem to be far better suited to grasp these principles than contemporary Indians.
Looks like this nut case's brain is frozen. All the benefits of modern technology we enjoy today has its origins in modern/western science. newtonian mechanics laid the foundation for modern mechanical gadgets.All the formulas regarding mechanics and gravity are proven right, every time man sends a probe to moon or mars. This well spoken man specializes in coming up with crap theories.
