A bridge collapsed, gamon india was constructing that and 30 employee died ?? NHI gave clearence to Gamon India and Hundai Company. But why this accident happens ?????? Reason are as Under. All these Indian construction Company used to take work from their engineer and Managers more than 13-15 Hours everyday without Holiday or even Sundays and Result is there. Today all Indian Construction Companies like Gamon, HCC, PCC,CCC, L&T and other are exploiting the cabalities of their engineers and managers by under utilizing. * hours is enough for one day but in India max time is wasdtage, engineers , amagers stay longer hours due to thier HR policies and managment policies, without work everbody stay at site for more than 13-15 hours. Engineers and managers just do superwising jobs.nothing else. but they are not allowed to go to home after 8 hours. Govt dshould take acation against these Industries and should claerly instruct that no one is allowed more than 8 Hours at site or Office. This will have a big impact and more progress will be there at everyfront. Just try it for few months and see the positive result. Indian company higers consultant and engineers from US/UK and they paid them 12-14 times more than our experienced engineers and but they work only 5 days a week and with 8 hours, thses bugges HR people and Head of Projects do not say anything to them. I request Govt of Indian appropriate authority that there should be a bill must be passed in parliyament for 8 Hr

If BJB come into power, of course, Kasab and Mohnd Asif would have hanged 5 months back. Since, Apex has already declared Asif to hang as Criminal of 1999 event and Kasab is already agreed but now disagreed to draw the case for 21/6/08 mumbai case. I am sure that the govt is playing for Minority people even though they have been declared as Criminals of our Country. Still, we support to Congress. What a shame!!!!!!

Are you sure, BJP can dare to hang Kasab,Afzal Guru? No Sir,they wo'nt.They also have to face elections
