Paramjit Singh, the Golden Quadrilateral Project initiated by NDA is more than enough to give them a place in history. Do you remember what was the condition of Roads (National Highways) in our Country prior to that?

BJP saved 200 people in Taliban controlled Afghan Congress killed 200 people in Congress controlled Mumbai
200 Indian lives were saved in Kandahar while more then 200 Indian lives were lost in Mumbai. Also the NDA was forced to release 3 terrorist to save 200 Indian life whereas the UPA released 3 terrorists to free Mehbooba Mufti ( a Paki by heart). There are not enough intelligent people in the BJP to counter argue Kandahar incident in this way. Even now the Congress is trying to shield Afzal Guru and Kasab. Of course the biased media favours the Congress

How come you missed the fact that the plane was in Indian airspace for quite a bit of time. It even filled fuel at amritsar airport.
I will say saving the lives of 200 people (though incidentally the governments faults put them in risk) is the most affordable thing at the time.
It would have been very difficult to pardon the govt if some of the innocents on plane were killed.
The entire govt machinery was unaware and caught offguard on the entire incident, and was managed so poorly initially.
In the end they did the right thing of the best available options.

wish ,,people of the same flight should have raised their voices n opinions,,,,coz exchange of terrorists with their lives was projected as a negative move by media n so called secular party at the time of elections.....i dunno how many indians are there to thank cong for their deeds,,but atleast there r those passengers along with their loved ones,who thank bjp for their act....it was really sad to see ,bjp got criticizm for such act....
