Hello Vipin Sir,

If some body tie you in rope and make you dance will you enjoy that. If you will be like a doll in some body's hand will you like that. Please don't do such kind of non sense comparison.

You're a moron.

Dancing children vs. dancing bears - do you have no brains at all??

WHo makes the children smoke? What about removing their teeth?

I can't believe am even debating this. This is such a lame comparison.

dancing bear
by POONDLA VENKAT on Jan 08, 2010 05:37 AM

Thanks to wild life authorities for stopping this cruel activity of human on animals but did the governement is taking any steps to curb the dancings of
record dancers their plight and most of Andhra pradesh in India on every so called God's festivals a record dance is a must and there is no curb on this mal practice of showing nudity on the streets and the public encourages the dancers by throughing currency the entire drama will end in the early hours then the police enters the scene arresting innocent dancers whod dance for the day's bread. These recording dances are no way inferiour than the dancing bears. How to stop this practice is in the hands of government and also people should not encourage this.

Raju the last dancing bear?
by Sudarshan Shreenivas on Jan 06, 2010 09:40 AM  | Hide replies

How can you be sure that Raju is the last dancing bear in the country? When elephants are still routinely being used to beg in the streets even in the metros, how can we expect that the use of dancing bears will stop? Moreover the Rs.50,000 will only incentivise more beggars to procure bears illegally so that they can later sell them to an NGO for a hefty remuneration.

Very happy to hear and hope that Raju was the last bear to be rescued
but I cant beleive the the sort of bribe to its then owner was paid Rs 50,000. instead of jail time, this will encourage more of these Kalandarst to capture more of these bears in the wild and start all over again with the torture of these magnificient animals and then surrender them for the Rs 50,000 offered. My Greatest request is we do the same to all the Circus's in India to ban using animals in it, cos in India we have no control on cruelty to animals especially to circus, another request to is a minimum of 10 years imprisonment for killing of hunting tigers, leopards and other exotic and endangered animals
