Existing states created on linguistic basis have to depart from the core principle,it is not going to be easy.This must have been one reason why formation of Telangan or bifurcation was not done by BJP in power.If the ruling party has to take vital decision,it needs time and also proper evaluation of the problem.I do not think the congress could have done much better earlier.Even if they decide to bifurcate AP,huge amount of developmental funds are needed and to be identified.Build a new capital will take not less than two decades and it has to be with public participation.
See if you really compare the losses incurred due to Telangana agitation vs any deeds done by Seemandhra or Rayalaseema, absolutely it is a shame for Telangana. Neither does it really cause any genuine favor to any of the Telangana folks, as it has completely disturbed the normal life in Hyderabad and all parts of AP, by disrupting the RTC Schedules, Railway Schedules, not supplying Power to Singareni Collieries, the Colleges and Schools got disrupted with their timetables and syllabi by pressurising the teachers and students to just run behind the timings, effecting the studies and final results, also creating chaotic situations for Farmers and villagers, vegetable and fruit vendors, and other groceeries. Is there anyone from Telangana, asking for a separate state blind about it? Except complete harm, is there a single good thing that Telanga activists have done. Please fight against it. Divide and rule does not work out for good cause, it is only a bad path to follow.

I think so you have not visited remote areas of telangana districts,specially in mahabubnagar and nalgonda their is acute shortage of water for irrigation, as you know due to no cultivation so many farmers migrating to hyd,banglore,etc. due to some selfish politicins last 50 years no proper methods taken up to provide water for irrigation. If separated telangana engineers, and scientists/experts will make sure for better facilities.Now including govt employees,House wives,children and all walk of telangan people want separate telangana.And as you know without bands,railrako and strikes simply central govt will not give separate state.

If there was any non development of areas as you have mentioned it is because of incompetent political people and absolutely lazt people from telangana. It is always time and again proven that these telanganites are absolutely lazy and have never shown interest for hard work they look for freebies and easy money. I am not from AP and do not have any love and affection for seemandhra, by the way.

Perhaps you may not be knowing the history of telangaan even during formation of andhra pradhesh in 1956 telangaanite protested. Read history and then write.
The contention of the writer of this essay that the rulers of Andhra neglected the region is baseless. So far the congress ruled the state many terms with the representatives from Telangana also. It is the responsibility of the representatives of a region to see that his region is fed properly. Four persons had become CMs from Telangana and two persons had become Prime Ministers (PV Narasimha Rao & Indira Gandhi) and why this question of sepasration was not posed. Even during the period between 1971 and till recently i.e. 2009 there was no Telangana Agitation at all. It is the projection of few selfish interests like KCR & family (KTR, Harish Rao , the nephew, Kavitha – daughter etc), Kodandaram (who are political unemployed) now in the same lines it was carried out earlier during 1971 by Channa Reddy (at that time he was also political unemployed) who conveniently forgot after becoming CM.
Regarding education facilities, there are so many universities in Telangana Area and there are several colleges, professional colleges etc. It is the responsibility of the parents of that region to send their children to Schools, colleges etc. and make use of them. The people of Telangana are well educated. About irrigation, Rayalaseema is not at all covered with irrigation facilities. All major dams are in Telangana only. They can fight for water share. You can see Telangana has developed to a great extent like other regions in AP. Still there are underdeveloped areas

just go back to 5 years and count how many universities were there in telangana. only 1 university in 9 districts. yes all the major dams are in telangana only, but water goes to other regions. telangana lands merge in dam waters while andhra gets water for irrigation lands. There are only 2 regions in india where 1000s of formers made suicides, Vidarba and telangana. that is enough to show that telangana is backward and neglected.

let andhra companies close shop and leave telangana. all the remaining parties also should get out of telangana lands. common sense is when u are doing business or any thing using the local resources, ur supposed to give minimum opportunities to local people. If this common sense was used since 1956, we wouldnt have seen this agitation. and how many coal mines and how many rivers flow from andhra region to generate power? Nijam area is the main region for telugu movies dumbo, if they stop watching movies,all producers will sit with wet towel on their head.

The rivers are flowing in Telangana, but they are ultimately uniting in the Sea in the Andhra Region, thus they are facing the consequences of so many number of Floods every Year. Then stop the water in your Telangana Region only and don't allow the Water to flow into Andhra Region, if you have guts to stop the water in the time of floods also, do it if you stupids can do it. Water flows as per the ground level not by your crooked thoughts. You would like to take the fruits from the water flowing, but Andhra should face the Destruction from Floods.

private organization recruits people based on talent and attitude towards work .even if u store water the land is not so fertile to grow crops compared to the region in andhra see the vegetation how diff is it from andhra , telangana area is richer in mineral ores and andhra region is gud for cultivation people who think cleverly will make use of the resources and develop well .. agreed that injustice has happened for that both people and the leaders are also equally responsible, u should also accept the fact frankly that in last decade the developmental activities in telangana are way ahead than rest of seemandhra region .ok if telangana is give u think all the IT companies or Big industries will give jobs to localities ...they are there for business they will do only business not charity ....If u really seek the justice u have demand package and more irrigation facilities in the region in terms of canals demanding that person from telangana will be CM for next 10 years or so
