We have much to learn from US justice system. Once a jury is summoned case gets finished soon. Most of cases finishes all appeals within 2-3 years.In India it takes 5-6 years for just the lower court,then high court, Supreme court. By then accused, victims all die of natural causes.

Agree with you completely. our Indian Judicial system & Government looks naive & stupid in front of US system. No wonder this nation is the Most powerful country in the world.

The American justice system will not work in India. If Indian judges were to go by the Indian Jury selected from the public, all criminals would go free. They would be bribed or coerced (it happens in America as well). You have to take the tola system into consideration and not just part of it because the part is dependent on the performance of other systems as well.

I doubt, it appears to me as comparatively a weak case. The US courts are very stringent. Denial of bail is itself a bit surprising provided he being a very rich man, with access to the best lawyers.
