It is a good decision by Canada.The north american nation must not help third world countries procure nuclear raw material and thereby help nuclear proliferation.

yes north american countries must help only those countries who r ready to follow their set standards of conditions n which can be more profitable to their big corporate firms ..foriegn relations esp with country like india having a policy of "no first use of nuclear weapons "even against a hostile neighbour(which is also nuclear armed), n with large contributing indian fraternity their,doesnt carry any meaning to them

First it was US that arm twisted India. Next it is Canada. Who will be next in the line? Poor UPA fellows can not make much out of this deal.

If nothing comes out then India is free to do nuke tests...anyway do you think that nuclear energy will be the way to go forward..i dont
