This is the situation of law and order in India. Is it surprising why terrorists can roam freely? Chidambaram needs to deal with this with a firm hand, or else he should tender his resignation.
Shame on Indian civil servants! Its because of people like Dubey, this country is fvcked up. These people at responsible positions have made this country backward and third-world. Make an example out of this inefficient corrupt joker. And people wonder why India is backward! Shame!

Yes- but what about Samuel F Reddy going on pilgrimage to Bethlehem at tax-payer's cost? Or Sonia taking vacations in Italy using Indian tax payers' money?
