like earthquakes, doughts , Tsunamis, and all natural disasters ! Many , due to lack of culture , say science can do a lot . But science itself has no access to areas beyond it visualises ! Could science stop the earthquake by pre acquired indications ? Could it stop Tsunami ? or the drought of this year? These things were known in advance when Bharat followed her own cultural practices which has waned since islamic/british rules and almost perished during India's own men's rule! We are (about 75% of people) neither here nor there! So it will be wise to learn mistakes during last 62 years indigineous rule and restore Bharat's own practices ! It is not intended to stop modern thoughts for that but the practices can run parallelly! Pity is IF THE RULERS WOULD THEMSELVES BE BELIEVERS IN BHARATIYA GREATS ! So its the people in their own interest force the govt. Else be doomed!

D. Goel ,Pkl, afternoon 1.55pm, Tuesday,Aug. 11, 2009. The fact that our Tsunami Monitors did not alet of the high Earth Quake measured to have the intensity of 7.5 while Hawai Centre did give out Tsunami alert earlier and later withdrew it shows the difference in degrees of Quickness of Responses of US Monitors and our lackadaisical responses. If we wish to be equal to Global responsibilities of an emerging Power -Centre we must unlearn laid-back style of our apathetic Agencies be that of Wars or facing Natural disasters.This is I hope corrected without remissness.
