I think Dalai lama's thought represent Indian cultures. Wherever he speaks he talks about the Indian culture of Ahimsa and secularity. As an indian, I think everybody has a responsibility to support him and the tibetan people. If you think he should be send back to Tibet...you don't have to do that. He is made the citizen of france, Italy, Germany and Canada. He has plenty of places to live but he says India is his home. We should free Tibet so that he can return to Tibet freely. Down to China and those who support China

what are you talking about? If tibet doesn't belong to China, then we can say most states doesn't belong to India. Why is kashmir, or AP or sikkim part of india. Some of those people have more in common with china than with India. What about andaman, those people are racially the same as indonesian aborogines. Stop speaking rubbish, Tibet is part of china. India sucks.

If Tibet is part of China than Arunachal Pradesh is south Tibet. Please do not make mistake Nehtru made. By accpeting Tibet as a part of China you are giving Chinese room to contest a state of Arunachal and Sikkim. You stop speaking rubbish....read history rather than be leftist or com supporters. Support free Tibet if you want Arunchal.

Dalai Lama - Think Tank
by Shankar Pawade on Apr 15, 2009 11:31 AM  | Hide replies

There is even more greater need and urgency for the citizens of the world to follow the path of peace and help each other. Dalai Lama's initiative is another mile stone in this path. India has a rich spiritual and cultural heritage, and we all must do our bit to preserve and conserve and spread its richness. But what we see today is the opposite, Indian society, the politicians, and the govt, and some citizens have practised wrong morals and created examples of dark side / immoral side being of success and hence the new generation is seeing and getting dominated with such examples, rather than spiritual ones. I think in my school days we had moral science classes which are not seen, and hence these teaching should be taught to the school going children. these are some of my thoughts, thanks..
