Nothing impacts a common mans life more than the judiciary. So many things in India would be different and better if we had a non corrupt and efficient judiciary. I am glad to see that we are at least having this conversation at a high poiltical level.
If this is the scale of appointment then there will be no one who can rule India. Because every leader is corrupt. Think about direct president election like USA. So APJ is good choice.

sorry to say but have you had a look at yourself before pointing fingers towards others.....I havent met a single Indian who is not currupt. According to me every Indian is currupt...people find ways to avoid Tax....you buy a Soap from Chemist and ask for a bill that shows your bought Crocin so that same could be claimed....what do you think this is....everyone including you and me are currupt.

Do you know anything about politics. When MP’s are corrupted, what is the option left with? Especially, in coalition politics? Dude, to form a govt., they need majority. Don’t you know that? Can you name a party which is not corrupted?
MMS is an honest man, hope he undoes what Indira Gandhi started, judicial corruption. BJP politicians are no better than the rest of congress (excluding MMS).
As far as appointment of judges r concerned it is purely goes by political affiliation.Many of the Judges and Chief judges have went on bcom MP'S.This is a dangerous development.
