A nun in Kandhamal, who was allegedly raped by BD, has also refused to medical examination. But our secular political parties and Christians have passed their judgement, holding BD responsible for rape, without any proof.

We have more Ministers in Goa than their entire population it seems. Everybody boasts of having a minister connection. Babuch, Churchill and offcourse their sona have a gala time in the beaches. Offcourse when u have a congress govt at the helm, these things will happen...I request All the white Women and Indian women to stay away from the locals. They are more scavengers there than anywehere.

for one its not "rape" in the Rape sense (force sexual assult)... she has sex with him or them... but according to indian law if a girl is under 16 its "rape"
so listen not only goa... all cities mumbai, b'lore, pune, delhi... children r having sex at an early age. ithink its come down to parents not being there for their children. busy making money or doing research like this womans case or scalet's case. mother says she "She has a big friends circle and its intermingling" come on i am from goa and candolim... just walk to pub or disc. u will see wt is happening.
in this case its dat this guy is a politicans son and its vested interest dat want him targeted. i m not a fan of any politican and hate them!!! but this is not fair... if the girl does not want to complain y is that guy lawyer or "lier" aries forcing her too. the mother and he have caused her more harm than rohit has, they probely like eachother and had hot sex or made love its fun for kids today. parent hv to take care and give children their time or attintion also the sud advice them and control their "big friends circle" or party life!!!
i am just 36 and a parent and live in the beach zone. i feel old wn i go out to these places i went only after i completed 18.

I am from Goa too and I tend to agree with u that this girl must have had consentual sex with these 2 (and god knows how many more).
However, as per law (especially Goan), if the girl is a minor, u stand no chance.
However, if this law is strictly implemented, half of goan younsters will be in jail.

I feel such mental patterns are getting cultivated automatically in the brain after one gets power and huge money by any means. Our many people in power are examples. Such powers are shown by some of police men also in Bombay. Justice comes too late

I am making joke out of our media. Our media have never learned to present facts, instead they show us what they think is correct. They brings secularism every where they want! So I am giving back them what they give to us!
