No one outside know what are all the communications transferred between US and India regarding the N-deal. No one India know about all the communications. There is a 'dubious' method to hide one communication from reaching the unsolicited person. I doubt whether even MMS know all. What a pity?
The NSG was formed as a secret forum to 'chain in' India from further development of nuclear technology after the first Pokran test. Look at the present state. We have to get their approval for us to proceed with the technology development.
There is no meaning in talking about the past. The damage has been done by the b......rs. We must escape from the ditch some how. People here are engaged in diverting people's attention to other matters. They are talking about getting Uranium from some small countries. They have to start mining now. The mining technology is known only to a few countries. We should have developed it long back. When MMS became FM he stopped / limited all budget support for Uranium mining arguing that we can get it from abroad. What a stupid ideology? We failed to proceed with several mining projects just because of lack of will.

You need lot of MONEY for research... do u think indian government has it. and i dont get the point... being close to USA is certainly more benificial to INDIA than vice-versa. Dont talk like LEFT, give us something concrete to believe on to.

Those who do not find anything concrete in the argument of "left like" thinkers, are not going to believe anything. Go through Bush's statment in this article ""It is the policy of the US to work with members of the Nuclear Suppliers Group, individually and collectively, to agree to further restrict the transfers of equipment and technology related to the enrichment of uranium and reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel"

Do not deviate from the topic. We will talk about the subject with an India centric approach. US have their own policies and views. I have no comments on it. The way the N-deal is handled will be recorded as one of the most treacherous road map. India is a democratic country with a well defined constitution. There are laid down procedures for all dealings. All Indians are to work with in the frame work of the Constitution. What was done here? Here is an assurance of MMS in the Parliament on July 22, 2008.:“I say in all sincerity that this session and debate was unnecessary because I have said on several occasions that our nuclear agreement after being endorsed by the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Nuclear Suppliers Group would be submitted to this august House for expressing its view. All I had asked our Left colleagues was: Please allow us to go through the negotiating process and I will come to Parliament before operationalising the nuclear agreement.” Let him keep the promise and proceed further. He handled the Parliament just like a trader in the market. The N-deal is a wake up call to all Indians. India will not allow any BUREAUCRAT in the PM's chair any more. They will find the right place in future.
Don't put me in a Communist camp on reading my messages. I write for India without any affinity to any party. People may come and go but I want India to stay united and stable with the freedom to take decisions using our own intellect and mind.

Do you know anything about DUAL technology Items. Nuclear deal is not all about Energy . It is also about DUAL technology. Do you know our defence project are get delayed or cancelled. because of restrictions on DUAL technology use in world market. Please do some reasearch about before you comment on others.
