He was not a MP, but a crooked BJP politician (read Goonda). These people are known for all the public nuisances of India since last 30 years or so. Such rowdies in each city of India under the garb of some "Patriotic / "Nationalist" political party bring India to a halt. Their ulterior motive is to gain power at state / Centre in the forthcoming elections. In pursuit of their sh*it objective, these politicians belonging to a religious fundamentalist group, time and again organise All India Bandhs resulting in hoolaganism, curfew like situation, lawlessness, firing, closures of Hospitals, Banks, Schools, Colleges, Govt. Offices etc., The Congress at the centre seems to be passive watcher unable to take any action against these goondas. Togadia has been calling such bands at his whims & the Govt. seems not concerned at all about the common man's problem & emergencies. The BJP & allies have been playing with the emotive issues for their selfish benefits. Those few who are supporting these people now should not expect much from them in the future. What can you expect from those people who first burn your house with a dream of making a Palace for you later. India is indeed a banana republic. What use are the millions of Army people, Police force, Para-military and the central Govt. and the Supreme Court when these goondas are disrupting trains, uprooting railway tracks, blocking roads, closing public facilities...I would have recommended some National Award for the Policemen.
A) Railway police was removing "ENCROACHMENT". B) Crowd threw stones on Police. C) Police did lathi charge.
Police did the right thing, so u want clean roads without ZOPADPATTI but then u dont want Police to hurt MPs, hey come on that MP was there to save his VOTE BANK !!!

ha ha ha, you expect our corrupt judges, lawyers, politicians who make up our judiciary to mete out justice. Our justice system is rotten to the core and there is no law and order or justice only money and muscle power which works in India and in this particular incident muscle power has been used rightly but only the corrupt MP was at the receiving end rather than being vice versa.

At last Railway police have identified the culprit and started dealing the same fashion in which they deserved. THESE COPS SHOULD BE AWARDED 'VISHIST SEWA MEDAL' This happenened in a state ruled by BJP where a college professor was 'MURDERED' BY BJP OFFICE BEARERS AND CM VISITED THEM IN JAIL TO BOOST THE MORALE OF THE MURDERERS.

This RPF manhad the courage which even the police commissioner lacks. This BJP MP was protecting the encroachment which in my opinion is wrong. Just imagine if someone had encroached on your property. would you have supported the MP ( BJP or Any party)? I for one is happy with this incident and wish many more incidents like this happen.
