Beloved Bapuji, father of present day India is the man responsible who brought J.Nehru to the front. When the majority of the leaders assembled wanted Sardar Patel to be the PM, it was our beloved Bapuji in a true 'democratic' fashion over ruled the majority decisiona nd foisted 'Chacha'. 'India shall be divided over my dead body' -beloved Bapuji told. But when partition, beloved Bapuji forgot his earlier words. Beloved Bapuji is the main person responsible for partition. Please dont take this credit from him.
It was INA lead by Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was the main reason for India's freedom. The true patriot and real leader of India's freedom was Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Even when Netaji was Congress President (1938-39), he drafted all the methodology about Planning Commission for India's progress when India will become free. partho ji its true he was great leader but he was also betrayer he took support of japan who was also planning to invade bharat and it was not due to netaji which india get freedom....he was no near at time of 1942 its was only due to one man mahatam.....if killing and bombing would have freed india then there are many country wher by gun and bomb they can free there land great example is kashmir

jha ji...ek baat batao..bhagat singh..subhas bose..rasbihari bose..vinayak savarkar....inhone azadi ke liye jistarah socha aur kaam kiya..aur kisine kiya hain kya? mahatma did a all time shett by asking dominion status...what is that??? do you see anything except greed in their moves??...aur rahi azadi ki baat...mahatma/nehru and congress azadi nehi laaye...angrez pressure me aaye the because of world war and INA.....

now after there day all these things will be said y not brithis name any other persons for freedom u dont know he was consderd for nobel prize then but british oppose him..i think u must read a ban book if you find from anywhere written by gopal godse brother of nathuram who from jail written in book " Main gandhi ko natmastak pranam karta hoon..aisa haar ka bana insaan phir kabhi ish dharti per ayega mughe sandeh hai,,,and then he give reason to kill gandhi",,you like it or not nehru as a pm led a strong foundation for new india
I think Nehru's contribution to maker of madern India is under valued under-appreciated.He was in a position to start 'dynastic rule, autocratic rule' but he desisted from it. Had his successor Shastri not died probably Indira would have been another Vijaylakshmi Pandit.The modern democratic India stands tall amongst all nations who gained freedom in the mid 20th century. It was because of him India stablised wile all our neighbors had blood shed and instability. Armed force were kept away from politics, development projects like dams, steel plants IITs IIMs Aiims were set up as models for the future generations. Yes he was blind to Socialism and Chine. Had we opted for US friendshil we could have progressed faste, gained more than what we gained due to Russion friendship and non-aligned.HE HAD GOOD CMs AND TOLERATED THEIR DEFIANCE OF CENTRE THUS BUILT UP SECOND STRING LEADERS BUT INDIRA DID NOT ACCEPT STRONG CMs HENCE WE SUFFERED CRISIS IN LEADERSHIP AFTER HER DEATH.

yaa i think so foundation led by great nehru for this nation can not be ignored and then indira gandhi whom sangh p;arivar also describe her as Durga become strong prime minister,who can dare operation in religios places where militant took shelter.i think no one can dare but she did and lost her life...then the new vision Prime minister who know that tim e without IT we can not survive on 21st century make a revolution in IT,where india has become the IT power, after him we didnot see any major revolution and this country is running ram baharose our Iron man Advani ji was praising Jinha in pakistan

Are you dumb or plain ignorant about what was happenning in India pre independance. Do you know first ever Hindu Muslim divide was created by English when they sponsored a caste based censor way back in 1860 and then a caste based electoral. It was still igmorant ppl like you who saw merit in it and that was the cause of teh fragmentation of the Indian society. nehru wante to sit on throne of India is also misleading as Jinnah could have never become PM and Nehru certainly was not scared of him. Agreed he made mistakes but then every action does not result in righful culmination. We have to understand the conditions prevaling at that particular juncture of time analyse a decision. Does all your decisions in your house result in right direction. have you never failed in achaiving anything in your life, if yes then you are lying.

However, I am glad that people of India have woken up and can realise that Nehru was nothing but a PLAYBOY who was flirting around with Mountbattens Wife when daughters and mothers of Independant India were getting murdered and raped in 1947 riots. CONGRESS was the major disaster for India.
