Congrats on winning karnataka...........BJP marching for 2009.......psuedo-secular group(congress,JD(S), communists) once again say that secular votes are divided thats why they lost......but the fact is that issues like inflation and terrorism are taken seriously by people.......all that congress does is chanting the psuedo secular mantra all the time.....replace sonia and rahul.....

Prez rule is the best, Only one person ( Governer & max sonia gandi )makes money instead of all these ppl individually making crores and crores.
How can people claim Congress lost? Before they had 50 odd seats , not they have 80 seats. So it is improvement. is'nt it? The BJP has mostly gained at the expense of JD-S clowns. BJP has not won an absolute majority anyway. They will have to get into horse trading with the independents and you have 5 more years of nonsense happening. This election, as I think, brought no change. So it is the people who are losers. The politicians won. You may have less power when in opposition but you have still pension and salary from the govt. So enjoy it , Gowda and sons.

why do you perceive and imagine that BJP is the only party which plays with riots? All other parties are Holy Cows?? They had 65 seats earlier. Not a very big jump. Only 3 independents are required for majority and shouldnt be difficult. However you can always try your best to view the unfavoble congress verdict to lift your sagging morale.;)

he lost to CPM candidate by 200 odd votes.....i felt sad for him. He was contesting from BJP party.
The stunning defeat of Congress and JD(S) should be an eye opener for the politicians. The results proved that the mother&son duo are not vote catchers. Deve Gowda got very good lesson and a rebuff from the K Voters for his filthy activitiess earlier.
Sad thing is that MP Prakash, HK Patil kind of leaders lost. Such leaders should be in opposition. Hope the new BJP gang behaves and does some great job. Give them only 1 year!!
