Its a perception of middle class that voting is only for weak people who depend on govt support for their survival and since they feel dependence on anybody as indignity. Its like showing their weakness by voting which they always try to hide.Until this perception changes we can'nt hope for sane governance.

Fractured mandate is not in the true spirit of democracy. It ensures horse trading, leg pulling, blackmailing, corruption, too much bargaioning, etc. which jeopardise the growth and prosperity.
Hung assembly is not a blessing but a curse and the K'taka people have been experienced that.
Another hung assembly will definitely deteriorate the progress of great K'taka.

How many of us will go and vote someone from another community even if he is good. We should merit first and then anything else after that. Till then, we have to live with incapable parasites
