In which case the Govt. of India has a huge task ahead.
First, the boy was kidnapped, taken to Punjab, his Birth Certificate made, Passport applied for and then a Punjabi family took him to UK. The boy was then given (or sold) to a British man who finally abandoned him and fled.
Well, if the boy was not abadoned, we would not have known of a cycle that ran effectively to this length.
How are the responsible departments operating in India ? Do all of them take bribe for a living and shut their eyes when illegal thing take place ?
