Secularism and Muslims
by Veera Popuri on Jun 25, 2008 10:39 PM

Muslims talking about Secularism in India forgetting the level of same Secularism in Muslim countries. What a strange IMC mentality. IMC is enjoying the freedom offered by the Hindu majority and multiplied in India for a long time and even after getting a separate Muslim Pakistan, still they are talking about Secularism in India. Dear IMC members, what happened to Secularism you are talking about in the country you created or for that amtter in any Muslim country. Can you Mr. Tarun Tejpal talk about it?. I don't think so because you know what you are doing with a Secular tag on your behind.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE SECULARIST:
by kedem kemorah on Jun 25, 2008 06:12 PM

There is a perverse pleasure in some who like licking the boots of the tormentor like a victim of the Stockholm Syndrome.Tarun Tejpal even looks like a mullah, beard and all who needs funds to keep himself and his organisation afloat as his appeal is very limited to an anti-Indian audience like the selected one in Illionois, The IIMC-USA.And who do you think is funding him? No prizes for the right answers. If you have attended any of his talkathons as I have, you will notice that he like Teesta Setalvad a Muslim female by marriage and conviction and another pseudo-secularist like N.Ram,a Tamil Iyengar and Marxist card holder and Editor of the Hindu(??)newspaper with an English ex-wife, are all marching to a foreign tune that is out of sync with the Indian ethos. They hate anything that is truly Indian.Their India vision is that India should be a satellite of some foreign country. They hate the word nationalism and finally wish to subvert the millenia old Indian heritage into something that is akin to Pakistan or Saudi Arabia. That is why Tarun got that standing ovation at the IIMC convention-for abusing India and what it stands for. Those who were clapping must have been thinking "What a fool this guy is. He is abusing his own country just to please us by establishing himself as a 'true secularist' which means anti-Hindu, which he is as his name suggests.Thank God we don't have such self-destructive characters in our community. We would have chopped his head off for apostasy!"

Is it News?????
by Bharat Prashar on Jun 25, 2008 08:49 AM  | Hide replies

What is rediff.com playing at? Is this news or a paisd for publicity shot on behalf of the IMC-USA by the un-named (A) Correspondent. rediff.com is meant to be serious and objective site but it would seem that it has now started to publish paid advertisements under the guise of new items. Apparently IMC seeks to strenghten India's secularism but from the topics discussed at the convention it seems to wail on only about the Indian Sikhs, Dalits(?), Christians. Might as well come clean with its anti-Hindu agenda.

Don't you see that the more relevant but inconvenient posts getting reported for abuse and then promptly getting removed? Highlighting arocities against muslims in india
by Proud Hindustani on Jun 25, 2008 07:29 AM

Very conveniently the millions, repeat millions NOT 100s killed in genocide of Hindus in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kashmir and now continuously by terrorist attacks. THEY (muslims) are supreme at playing the media war, they even beat the USA at their own game(media).

Muslims were allowed to stay back in India on the basis of secularism embraced by Mahatama Gandhi/Nehru SINCERELY.
What has been the outcome, today Indian Muslims openly boast of thier loyalty to Pakistan and or other Muslim country. This does not do to the sentiments of an average Hindu Indian.
