How do you know that "It is impossible that the indian must have been attacked by the accused. It must have been result of an argument with a fellow indian or so."??? Were you present there?

The case of Dubey(NHAI engineer) is a classic case...an IITian send a report to the PMO highlighting the corruption...he was shot...the culprits ran away on his way to court twice!!!!
Hats off to our system..

Probably Afzul Guru was BJP's handyman. I have a hunch that the whole parliament episode was orchestrated by the BJP to get attention and sympathy. Something fishy there.

Afzal guru was not involved, infact he was trapped and shame part on whoever made this verdict the crime he never did got an crook on his part, this happens only in India, there is no secularism. The people who should supposed to be put behind the bars they are openly roaming, people like Bal thakrey,ADVANI, NARENDER MODI.
When i talk about Afzal guru, i must say one thing why people of india supporting to Sarabjit singh, infact he was guilty for bombing in pakistan that killed so many innocents and it was proved in the court as well so he got the death punishment. why we are urging to pakistan govt. for releasing him, and as for as afzal guru is concerned no body supporting him and he got the death sentence for that crime he never did.
If we take the case for Kashmir singh, pakistan govt. released him, soon after he came to india the duffer reveals that he was the spy of india, shame on him so rediculous.
jai hind.

Dear Sameer

By same token Afzal was also convicted in an Indian Court of Law for attacking the symbol of Democracy in the worlds largest democratic country. People of the country choose not to support him as they feel he is guilty. Please do not confuse issues here.

Yes, the US is not a perfect place and its policies are often playing across the world. But one must appreciate that its law enforcement agencies work efficiently and verdicts delivered in reasonable period of time.

In fact, India should have special courts for rich and VIPs and such courts should be run on cost basis. India has no shortage of manpower and these courts can be staffed adequately. This will also reduce some burden on normal courts.

This is definitely not a senseless act. These kallus dont want to work and earn their living. All they want is to go to jail and enjoy a peaceful life with libraries, tvs, drugs, gym and mates. Jail life is very secure of these fellows. So the more heinous crime they commit better it is. No wonder american jails have the highest per-capita occupancy in the world!

why brahmian killing dalit becomes a news and not vice versa? This is nothing but yellow jouranlisam AND hitting below the belt. Who knows how many Arushi's are killed by many Talwar's OR Krishan OR whoever killer he / she is. But its a news because no news around with Gurjar Agitain taken care and Gorakha's agitation is for very limited teritory. I see News Channels make news out of whatever they feel like.
