If you want to improve the quality of governance then you must have leaders who understand how to do this in a democracy. That is the goal of this course. Instead of cribbing about why they should go abroad, ask for accountability: ask what the people should expect from them after they are done with this course. Keep asking for results, not for sainthood from politicians.

That is the reason British call 1947 a 'Transfer of Power' ( from white Sahibs to Brown Sahibs) not 'Independence'.
It is open secret that very few parliament or state assembly members are pro country and pro humanity they are running to sell the country and country's resources. god save wake up and elect qualified people to these places and (dont elect lawyers as they are in fact liars and keep the country and its courts busy with no results) remove goons from there once for all jai hind

Why they need to go to Yale for leadership lectures. Yale & Harvard come to Lalu to learn. These useless MPs who have gone to Yale should have taken lectures from LALU PRASAD YADAV, our International GURU. It is a picnic for our MPs on public expense to go to foreign lands. Back home they will again indulge in hooting, abusing each other, throwing furniture at each other and disrupting the proceedings of the HOUSE. These buggers are good for nothing !
