Mayawati didnt goto yale but some poor school in UP and she is now one of the most powerful leader in India. You dont need yale harward to be a leader, you just need to understand the demand and supply equation and use your brain to plug the gap. You need understand people's aspiration, and promise them some solutions (could be vague, need not always be a sensible one like Raje in rajasthan).Give those solutions in installments so that they will keep electing you. :-) And this delegation full of idiots who became leaders because their parents were leaders not because people wanted them using money, media and muscle power
People should demand drastic cut in tax rates to curtail govt expenditure. Let India grow by its own. Govt should minimise is activities to policing and security.
